⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Our team will resolve the issue by either:

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used in-ear devices (e.g., earbuds)

  • Items with visible wear, damage, or modifications

  • Final-sale or “non-returnable” labeled items

  • Activated software licenses or digital content

Want to exchange your item?

The easiest process is:

  1. Request a return for your original item

  2. Once your refund is processed,

  3. Place a new order for the product you want

This ensures faster handling and guarantees availability.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.

Within these 14 days, you may return any unused item for a full refund, no explanation required.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required
